The Design Studies Club (DSC) organized a photography competition in August 2007 in conjunction with the Design School’s National Day celebrations. Entitled “The City of Possibilities”, this competition attracted 34 entries from a total of 22 students from Visual Communication (VSC), Retail & Hospitality Design (RHD), Moving Images (MOI), Product & Industrial Design (PID) and Interior Architecture & Design (IAD) courses. The competition period was from 1 August to 13 August 2007, with judging held on 16 August 07 by Photography lecturer Chow Chee Yong. The top 3 winners for the competition were :

		First prize – Clara Tan Seng Swee from VSC, for her work entitled “Patriotic Singaporeans” Second prize – Khairulanwar Bin Ibrahim from RHD, for his work entitled “Fly Past” Third prize – Cho Zi Ying from VSC, for her work entitled “The Wait”.
